Boss rohit Sharma , dhoni captaincy standard ento IPL lo thelusthundhi .

Even with some high class players kolhi couldn't achive jack in the IPL. He is a terrible influence on the team , talented individually but not suited for leadership position .

Current bowling attack is OK. But, batting completely seems like a bunch of jokers.

Like it or not... Dhoni captaincy was the cohesive force. Captaincy makes a lot of difference.
