You underestimating them , Andhra people are emotional fools and BJP is an expert in that . If they are successful in engineering a caste alliance of kapu + BC they will be a force to reckon with .

BJP has lot of time and resources to carry out their plans , not a single Telugu media house dares to speak against BJP even though they have fked up the whole economy , special status , even polavaram dam cost cuts ( YCP or TDP are not the reason ) .

They are using PK as a caste magnet for now  , I wouldn't be suprised if BJP comes to power in AP in 2029 .  Especially if they win in Telangana in 2024 which looks more and more convincing .

Kapus want someone who is independent of the two parties , pawan kalyan was seen as agent of TDP by many of them and that section voted for YCP even though he was only one who was publicly against kapu reservation .
