Yep, Quantiferon will be the right confirmation, it's not developed yet. IgG tests tons of varieties are in the market, but IgG levels will vanish within a short span of the infection, so having a negative test doesn't tell that you never got COVID.

Donald duck got Remedisivir in the treatment when he got COVID. Remedisivir suppresses the immune system, so if he gets the vaccine then he will have a reaction to the vaccine.

Allergic reaction is due to hyper active immune system. Appudu immuno suppressants ae istharu.

If you're already given an immuno-supressant and later vaccine isthe you might be actively infected coz your immune system is already compromised.

It is what it is and doctors got to do the needful situation ni batti

There are two different kinds of immune responses. One is innate immunity and the other is adaptive immunity. Innate immunity is basically immediate reaction for a foreign body, whereas adaptive immunity takes longer, that which gives memory. Vaccine effective undalante adaptive immunity plays a role, it results in immune memory. Allergy response is because of innate immunity. Remedisivir suppresses some innate immune responses because it's anti-inflammatory. But how much long term effect it will have on the adaptive immune system is questionable. In other words, Remedisivir acts as an anti-inflammatory suppressing any allergic reaction or innate immune system. I believe it also supresses the initial stages of priming which is required to generate an adaptive immune response. So, I don't think the vaccine will be effective if it is taken right after Remedisivir treatment.
