It's likely that the stabilization agent is the problem. Most vaccines have something to stabilize the chemistry. Some stabilizers are made from chicken eggs, if someone is allergic to dairy or meat, and they will get anaphylaxis. You're right, I meant dexamethasone. Trump ki Remedisivir and dexamethasone kalipi icharu.

There are two different kinds of immune responses. One is innate immunity and the other is adaptive immunity. Innate immunity is basically immediate reaction for a foreign body, whereas adaptive immunity takes longer, that which gives memory. Vaccine effective undalante adaptive immunity plays a role, it results in immune memory. Allergy response is because of innate immunity. Remedisivir suppresses some innate immune responses because it's anti-inflammatory. But how much long term effect it will have on the adaptive immune system is questionable. In other words, Remedisivir acts as an anti-inflammatory suppressing any allergic reaction or innate immune system. I believe it also supresses the initial stages of priming which is required to generate an adaptive immune response. So, I don't think the vaccine will be effective if it is taken right after Remedisivir treatment.
