Amtrak(public transportation) not so safe kada baa. Also Iowa lo Amtrakk ledu either Illinois or MN or Omaha vellali.

Go to Florida.. that is the only state you can avoid cold weather and go to beach in December and January.. rest of the states, it is already cold.. or max 50’s... unless you want to sit in a hotel all day..

Miami or Tampa beach try .. once snow is done in your area you'll find open roads so drive safe when in snow

Florida sounds exciting. Driving not possible 22 hrs. May be need to take flight.
