For the past two days, though, there was info about *HR1044* it isn’t in the omnibus bill; there were efforts in the background working with the Lofgren office to include it in Omnibus. But it didn’t work, and the only person who failed this bill is *Rep.Lofgren* herself. Now it’s confirmed that it isn’t going to do this Congress.
