it take 2 hours to drive to all the FANG companies or any Noted company in Bay are - all those we are unable too bare the rising rents in sunnyvale fremont area moved to that site - mostly single income wife homemaker batch . what used to be a 200-300k in 2009 2010 home now sells for 500-800 . they dont even have commercial plaza till now next year only some restaurants will be showing up and our Batch already put karchief to open one more illegals restaurants
