Bro I have a question have PD aug 13 missed the chance to apply since I changed employer and new employer not started gc process. Planning to go to previous  employer can I utilize the downgrade opportunity next oct ?

How can you say the dates will move in Oct 2021 and it is hard to predict now.

Dates of filing chart chudu back to 2010 poyindhi.

Thanks bro for reply my only concern is not about FAD. From jan they won't touch FD and in Oct 21 will they retrogress Filling dates ? 

I am not expecting dates to move forward atleast if the filling date remains same since my PD is 2013 can i apply for EAD in Oct 2021 ..thats what my question is ?
