True bro but on Oct 2021 will USCIS won't accept filling dates for the people missed this year? Every year for couple of months they honor filing dates correct? 

Do you think filing dates will go back on Oct 2021 ?

adhey chepina hard to predict the future filing dates. Latest Jan 2021 filing chart ki  they are not honoring 2011, 2012, 2013 PD DOF

technically spillover applies to all EB categories horizontally. its not a vertical spillover. So EB1 ki eb2 and eb3 ki same proportion lo vasthayii

Emi ledu bro simple next oct 21 will the filling dates will be same or retrogress avudha ? Because considering they already retrogressed back to 1 yr based on demand and now they remained same. Also considering the next year spill over do you think I will get chance to file for EAD in oct 2021 considering my PD is Aug 13 ? 

Or do you think I lost the bus since I failed to file this year?

From Jan 1st 2011,2012,2013,2014 vallaku EAD lu ivvaru ani cheparu(You cannot file 485). Next Oct 2021 DOF retrogress inaa kakapoina doesnt matter as of today they said they will not give EAD's.

Inka USICS valla dayameeda depend iyiuntadi future lo EAD ivvala vodda for 2011,2012,2013,2014.

My prediction is you will have a chance next October,  get ready with what you can. If you are going to stick with current employer have your labor approved by then, if going back to old employer have your 140 approved(if withdrawn)

im in same boat as you, filing downgrade today with old employerand have to switch back my h1 in a month. Looking for jobs. Switch avvakapote withdraw chesta annadu

Thanks for the reply.. I think I can't apply now with just 4 days in hand with my previous employer now.. 

I am planning to go to previous employer in couple of months if he agrees to downgrade and in Oct if they apply these oct nov dec spill over also I think I can apply for EAD atleast next oct... pls let me know for risk

August 2013 very much possible to retrogress. Already Jan 2014 lo vundi kada date ippudu. 

no one can say with guarantee. But won't be surprised if it retrogress further. once they open all received applications in next few months we will know.
