Yeah , Zelle is like an instant transfer upto a certain amount (depending on your bank limits)

You can add memo/note to the transfer so login to your bank account and check max allowed memo characters for that , I think it varies from bank to bank but around 140 chars I guess , so it may be too limited for what you want to send
