What will happen to countries when median age of a country reaches 50+

Japan is close to 49, will be 50 soon. You don't see as many immigrants from Japan as from other Asian countries. What will happen when countries reach this? This is important because the median age of China is 39, the US is 35 and India is 28. US lo ante idi cover cheyadaniki immigration undi, China lo one child policy valla 4-2-1 problem kuda undi. What will happen to Japan and Greece since their median age is close to 50?

Japan has already increased immigration, and they have even initiated a program I believe targeting educated immigrants even from India. 

For a society that's still largely xenophobic, it's a big step don't you think.

As for Greece, they have their own issues exacerbated by the 2008 financial crisis. I don't think they are as worried about the median age as they are about getting their economy back on track which has been derailed since 2008, and made worse by the pandemic as they are dependent on tourism to a fairly large degree.

The US is multi cultural, but Japan and China may be different. Xenophobia is a result of the lack of multi cultural exposure.

Moving away from patriarchy destroyed the institution of marriage and it is not a big surprise. It is not only Greece and Japan, but also many European countries that are seeing an increase in median age. It will be a shining example of how unwarranted freedom to certain sections of the society will lead to degeneracy and degradation. Pellodhdhu, pillalodhdhu ante itlane ayithadhi. Once the immigrants become the flora and fauna of the country, you are back to square one because of these illogical ideals.
