Is a non-political telugu agenda possible ?

It is clear now telugu people are in a sad position. State divided, top industries occupied by gujjus etc, parties fully divided by caste.

You talk to jaffa or pulka as individual they have lot of problem with other pulkas /jaffas but when election come they close ranks and go with their caste party  - right or wrong.

Others like cops who feel left out and baapans who are always uncomfortable with everyone around them are looking for their own alternative. And BJP is trying to take advantage. So while you cant blame cops/baapans feeling what they feel there is also a danger of toxic rss agenda coming in to people. This is even more poisonous.

Now in this situation is it possible to have an agenda of telugu people which every political party must support to win votes? Few i can think off :

a) All govt of india entrance tests in telugu - KCR demand

b) Special status for andhra - tg already willing to support

c) Maximum tax revenues returned to state - only small portion for indian defence or bureacracy

d) compulsory telugu in all central institutions operating in TG or Andhra at EVERY level

e) Full freedom for telugu MPs to talk in telugu language in parliament robustly and in extempore way so to bring problem to attention
