Technically YES. Aa roozullo, ante just after primitive days ended and when humans started socializing, this kind of Prophets came into existence, starting from Moses (notably) and then a few hundreds and finally Jesus followed by Mohammad.

As the centuries passed by, more and more knowledge was acquired via expereinces and then these Holy books started getting compiled, Torah, Bible, Koran.

As human population went through so many famines, they tried everything that moves, crawls, flies. They could clearly observe that certain animals were not fit to be eaten like pigs especially. eating pork caused severe pandemics akin to Covid and thats how Pig entered into Koran as the most hated animal on the planet
