but imagine..all over india, oka 50 seats lo eedu voting infleunce cheyochu....ante oka 10% seats lo veedu voting pattern motham change cheyochu raat o raat...he cannot even win at least 1 of those 50 seats but he can now dictate winnings of other candidates...

ante, 10% of the MP seats, maharastra kante pedda state MP numbers wise...

In AP and TG, I think cadre is still hopping between parties but if proper leadership can give hope, gaining back the trust of loyal cadre might not be Herculean task for Congress. 
 

Local cadre, Local leaders, Local issues...instead of state PCC or Rahul Gandhi..
