brother.. don't feed that line of argument.

nobody has to share their wealth. They just need to start treating everyone as same. 

rich upper caste person will help poor in their caste or social/professional networks. everyone outside of that network has no way to be part of that economy. but poor upper castes can be part of it, if they know the right people.

lower caste rich persons cannot form networks of their own yet, because they are almost negligible in number. and they end up serving the above network. 

reservations is not meant to bring people out of poverty. Not at all. Its purpose is to provide legitimacy and sense of belonging in society to the people who are left out of the caste networks.
