1) using one to make grocery list in twillo 
    oka bar code scanner ni pi ki connect chesi kitchen lo pettanu . so that evaina packets , veggies trash lo padesepudu or      takkuva unnai ani notice chesinapudu barcode scan chesthe it add the item to twillo shopping list

2) inkoti tv ki connect chesi internet browsing ki , movierulz ki using ( convenient anipinchindi than google cast )

I got mine a year ago, I use it for Pi-hole https://pi-hole.net/ and used to play some retro games like contra, Mario etc.Also installed Pi-VPN to vpn back to your home router while traveling if needed. 
you can do lot of fun projects. One I am thinking to do is smart mirror.

You can use Raspberry pi as server and use MQTT protocol to connect ESP8266's and other Raspberry pi's and IoT devices.

You can collect data store in AWS iot and Amazon database etc.
