You can use skype. i think 3 dollars per month anukunta. US and Canada free. But it only works on wifi.

i know we can use skype only with WIFII...................but we can use google voice with th browser n  dial no.................but tryng to confirm if we can do it

Google Voice works from Iphone browser.. kaani my doubt is AT&T minutes cut avuthayi ani... i turned off AT&T and tried calling in Wifi from iphone browser.... it didn't work... so i m guessing it ll use AT&T minutes..

skype does also works on 3G, and even on edge if it has full bars sometimes it works, therez no limitation to skype that it only works on wifi ani...
I use skype only in day time to save minutes, that too in 3G.
and coming to google voice, yes, it does kill ur minutes...but hold on....an app would roll out pretty soon which does not uses our airtime minutes...till then fr texting u can use GV mobile+ for $2.99 or else wait till sat, where u can get that app for free only on that day..
