naaku mild symptoms ye vachinavi... oka roju night sudden ga chali vachindhi bagaa fever , cold and cough tho.. tylenol thisukunna aa night.. next day morning ki fever gone... chali gone.. just cold and cough

tylenol and matrin alternative ga 4 days vesukunna..3rd day friend ki call chesi cheppaa, he works in pharmacy.. he asked me to take zinc and vitamins c and d..4 th day numdi started...only gas, cough, baaga dullness symptoms vunnavi...12 th test chepicha...+ve vachindhi but 1st day numdi isolate ayyaale.. but 15 day numdi only cough vundhi.. but 22nd day test ki vellaa negative vachindhi

roju ivi thisukunnaaa

1. first 5 days- tylenol and martrin alternatively for every 8 hr

2. miryalu, pasupu kalipina milk every day two times

3. pasupu kalipi steam thisukunna roju 2 times

4. gas tablets for 5-6 days

5. miryaala rasam.. mana intlo chesukonevi

6. Quinova rice, paneer curries, ilaa konni protein good thisukunna

chest xray , blood work chepincha.. antha notmal vachindhi
