6. Quinova rice, paneer curries, ilaa konni protein good thisukunna

chest xray , blood work chepincha.. antha notmal vachindhi

Good one bro...I did the same like you alternating Tylenol and Motrin every 4-6 hours along with cold medication...my temp never crossed 98 so I was lucky, but the worst feeling was losing taste and smell sensation...I could only smell petrol burning and it stayed for at least 1.5 month...fatigue start aindhi appatinundi and inka undhi and also I don’t feel 100% fit even today...%$#$

monitor your oxygen levels and check your respiratory health, apply watch/oximeter can go a long way, those who got covid can show severe respiratory complication at a later time as well

Thanks bro...will do that...my wife had breathing issues but was only when we had COVID....

Bro . how about eating high protein food in covid times - Chicken,Mutton

Is it really help to fight covid?

Some relative from India called and suggested  to eat Mushrooms  - is it helpful?
