అలాగే రైతులు పంటను ఇష్టమొచ్చిన చోట అమ్ముకోవచ్చని తెలిపింది. కేంద్ర చట్టాలు సైతం రైతులు పంట ఎక్కడైనా అమ్ముకోవచ్చని చెబుతున్నాయని ప్రభుత్వం తన ఆదేశాల్లో పేర్కొంది.
