Gerald Jacinth, 75, parked his black Dodge car across from his estranged brother-in-law’s Rohnert Park house, CA,  Saturday, then approached the front door with a small present and a duffel bag.  Jacinth then allegedly told the 77 year old victim that he had a “special delivery” and tried to hand the present to him, but the man refused. That’s when the two began arguing and Jacinth fired the gun, hitting the victim, according to police. The victim turned around and ran, but Jacinth shot him once more before fleeing in his car.

years of pent up frustration.. I guess.. :giggle:
