Stocks ammite vache profit mida taxes untay kada, adi avoid cheyataniki miru em chestaru? Is there a way to avoid paying taxes on stock gains ?

If you are having losses in other positions, may be consider selling and buying them again to compensate for losses. 

 

If not, the other option is simply to pay the tax.

you can sell those for a loss (and buy it again if you feel they will go up).

thats illegal, 

you have to give your year end stock reports from your brokerage to your accountant, he will take it up from there.

There is No escape here..

Capital gains taxes 

- shortterm gains -  less than 12 months sell chesthey - ordinary income tax which is whatever your income bracket is (18% to 37%)

- long term gains- after 12 months sell chesthey around ~15% tax 

To avoid antey stocks Ala long term hold chesi donate to charity- which can be write off in tax filing.
