There is no standard rule about interviews. It can happen in any order.

After yiu apply 485 6 months bro no relation to ead, ead you can apply any time as long as yiu have a pending 485

But only clause is for downgrade people even yiu satisfy the 485, we need to make sure downgrade 140 is approved

One of my friend completed fingerprints appointment and after three days i131 and 765 were approved...no clue how uscis is processing the cases
