Received my wife's & mine Green Card right before Christmas🎁🎉

Applied I-485 last week of Jan 2020

Also applied I-765, I-131 & I-485J at the same time. 

COVID-19 pandemic starts...

Got all receipts numbers separately after 4 weeks. ( white color paper)

Biometrics request received & fulfilled accordingly (after/ within 6 weeks)

Got EAD approved with advance parole in June 2020

1st RFE on yellow paper (Missing medical exam & 2- photographs) 

2nd RFE on pink paper (Missing 2 photographs again) USCIS are losing them quite often. 
Pandemic is on it's peak...

Still waiting for interview...

USCIS website is not updating status...

Dec-2020, INTERVIEW WAIVED OFF & Boom 💥 

Got it... Thanks God & special thanks to my employer. 😊

Little more background.. 

Got I-140 approved in Dec2018

3 years of Extension after completing 6 years of H1B in Jan-2019 (based on I-140)

Got married with coworker who has TN1 visa (Mexico) in September 2019

I was able to use her priority date & filed I-485. It took little time to convince my lawyer then she dig up details of INTERCHANGEABILITY of priority dates.

Spouse is on TN1 visa which is equivalent to H1B Visa.

TN1 is only valid for a year, they need to update every year.
