Right now the sector is under heavy stress , most people are holding off until situation improves .

But if you can get a good bargain it is a great time to purchase . 

The main question is when will the demand be back ?  Vaccinations should cover almost all the population by next year .

I enquired with a commercial realtor. He said the market is very stressed now. Lot of vacant properties. Not a good time to invest annadu unless you get a bargain and you have the tenant readily available. If not you should be prepared with enough liquidity to cover minimum 1 yr of taxes annadu.
