MagaMaharaju Posted December 30, 2020 Report Posted December 30, 2020 Go for low carb diet for a couple of weeks. After that carbs aithe chaalu you would start appreciating. That's what happened with me. I starved myself. I used to have hot water to curb appetite. after that I appreciate anything that I can eat unless am allergic. 1 Quote
