Go for low carb diet for a couple of weeks.

After that carbs aithe chaalu you would start appreciating.

That's what happened with me.

I starved myself. I used to have hot water to curb appetite.

after that I appreciate anything that I can eat unless am allergic.

There is nothing like that. . . . let me tell you what it actually mean. .

As you know whatever you eat converts to glucose to be absorbed into the blood. . . be it carbs, proteins or fats. . . The way man and woman's body absorbs and uses this glucose is different!!

In men the excess calories ate get converted into glucose and most of them absorbed into the blood stream and unused which not burnt or excess glucose again convert into into fat blood vessels and deposit in blood vessels and weaken the vessels, clog arteries, resulting heart issue. . . that is the reason we see early, mid age and more heart issues in Men than women . . .

In women the excess glucose get deposited under the skin as fat instead of getting into the blood,  that is the reason their arms legs are not muscular or bones don't show up more. . their limbs and body are round. . . this is in the their initial year and mid age, until like 50, 55. . that is reason we don't see many heart issues in women compared to men younger than 50 years. .later in their 60s the blood streams also start accumulating fat and at that time if any in few individuals/women we see heart issues. . .

I had to explain this so differentiate metabolism between men and women.

Coming to the point of millets and thyroid issue you raised. . . chinnnapatti nundi rice thinna body train ayuntadhi. . . the rate and content of glucose(glycemic index) absorbed by the body in lunch and dinner. . all of a sudden glycemic index change ayithe metabolism affect ayithadhi. . . that is more in women. . Thyroid is like more of a metabolic disorder. . . . which can be altered with diet. . its not a big disease. . . .But body ni drastic ga abuse chesthe osthadhi. . . reverse chesukovali ante kuda antee kasthtam. . but avthadhi. .

yes. . millets konni body ki heat chesthayi, konni cold. . . so eat according to the seasons. . Don't just shift your diet and staple food to everything millets all of a sudden. Start eating millets alternate days once in a day. . . introduce Jowar(high protein content, better protein profile in veg), Quinoa, semi polished rice. . . eat maida also occasionally. . don't give up sugar, maida, refined oil all of sudden. . get rid of them slowly over a period of an year

Perfect
