గూగుల్‌లో ఖైదీ నం. 6093 అని కొడితే సమాచారం వస్తుందని చెప్పారు. నేను అలాగే చేశాను. ఆ తరువాత నేను కలత చెందే సమాచారం పొందాను. ఆ వివరాలు డౌన్‌ లోడ్‌ చేసి ఉత్తర్వుల్లో పొందుపరుస్తున్నాను. రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి 11 సీబీఐ, ఆరు ఈడీ, మరో 18 ఐపీసీ కేసుల్లో నిందితుడని తెలిసింది. ఆ కేసులు చాలా కాలం నుంచి పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్నాయి. కేసుల విచారణ వేగవంతం అయిన తరువాత, ఇందులో పలు కేసుల్లో రాష్ట్ర పోలీసులు వివిధ కారణాలతో దర్యాప్తు చేయకుండా మూసివేత నివేదిక వేశారు.

సుప్రీంకోర్టు న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్‌ ఎన్‌వీ రమణ, హైకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్‌ జేకే మహేశ్వరి, మరో ఆరుగురు హైకోర్టు న్యాయమూర్తులపై ఆరోపణలు చేస్తూ సీఎం సుప్రీంకోర్టు చీఫ్‌ జస్టి్‌సకు రాసిన లేఖను ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రధాన సలహాదారు అజేయ కల్లం మీడియా సమావేశంలో బహిరంగపరిచారని, ఈ వ్యవహరంపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి ధిక్కార చర్యలేమైనా తీసుకున్నారో లేదో తెలియదని ధర్మాసనం పేర్కొంది. ‘‘ముఖ్యమంత్రి రాసిన లేఖతో ఆయన అనుకున్న ఉపశమనం లభిస్తుందో లేదో తెలియదు గానీ.. ఏపీ, తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తులను బదిలీ చేస్తూ సుప్రీంకోర్టు కొలీజియం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం వాస్తవం. సీఎం లేఖల వల్లే సీజేల బదిలీలు జరిగాయని ప్రజలు భావించే అవకాశం ఉంది.

 

ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్‌ రాసిన లేఖ ప్రచురితమైన తరువాత రాజధాని కేసుల్లో విచారణ నిలిచిపోయింది. మూడు రాజధానుల చట్టాలను సవాల్‌ చేస్తూ హైకోర్టులో పలు వ్యాజ్యాలు దాఖలయ్యాయి. గత నెలరోజులుగా సీజేఐ తుది విచారణ జరుపుతున్నారు. సుప్రీంకోర్టు కొలీజియం బదిలీకి సిఫారసు చేశాక, సీజేఐ లేఖ బహిర్గతమయ్యాక..రాజధాని పిటిషన్ల పై విచారణ నిలిచిపోయింది. నేను జడ్జీల బదిలీలను ప్రశ్నించడం లేదు. బదిలీలో మరింత పారదర్శకత ద్వారా న్యాయపాలనకు మరింత ప్రయోజనం చేకూరుతుందని భావిస్తున్నా.’’ అని గుర్తుచేసింది.

న్యాయమూర్తిగా ఏపీ హైకోర్టుకు వచ్చిన తరువాత ప్రారంభ రోజుల్లో ప్రజలు రోడ్ల పక్కన నిలుచోని చేతులు ఎత్తి మొక్కడం గమనించామని,  వారు అమరావతి రాజధాని కోసం పోరాడుతున్నట్లు తెలిసిందని ధర్మాసనం తెలిపింది. కొంత కాలం తరువాత ఆ ఘటనలు చూడలేదని పేర్కొంది. ‘‘మూడు రాజధానుల కే సు విచారణ ప్రారంభమయ్యాక మందడం గ్రామం వద్ద హైకోర్టుకు వెళ్లే దారి పక్కన టెంట్‌ ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. జడ్జీలకు నల్లజెండాలు చూపుతున్నారు. వారు మూడు రాజధానులకు అనుకూలంగా ఉన్నవారని తెలిసింది. పోస్టర్లు, బ్యానర్లపై అధికార పార్టీ నేతల బొమ్మలు ముద్రించి ఉన్నాయి. నల్లజెండాలు చూపడం సీజేను, న్యాయమూర్తులను అవమానపర్చడమే. ఈ వ్యవహారం పై హైకోర్టు రిజిస్ట్రార్‌ గుంటూరు ఎస్పీకి లేఖరాశారు’’ అని వివరించింది. ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో ప్రభుత్వం విచారణ నుంచి తప్పుకోవాలని పిటిషన్‌ వేయడం న్యాయమూర్తి ప్రతిష్ఠకు భంగం కలిగించడమేనని, ఆ ఆరోపణల్లో వాస్తవం లేదని ధర్మాసనం పేర్కొంది. ఈ పిటిషన్‌ను అనుమతిస్తే న్యాయస్థానాలు ఏ కేసుల్లోనూ న్యాయం చేయలేవని తెలిపింది.

Its not about General Knowledge. Some judges keep away themselves from current affairs. They don't want their minds to be distrubed leading to baised view of the world. They knew India lanti countries lo media trails ekkuva and media presumptuously concludes even before the courts start the trail.

Rakesh Kumar is very stern judge and he had proven track recond in Bihar/UP. He clearly mentioned in his writing, case merit ni batti nyayam thukam batti judgements untayi ani.

I was about talking about your comment of GK. Don't change.

Yes, I agree. General ga ooka case gurunchi matladinappudu veredhi theesukuraru. But he clearly mentioned in his draft why he had to do that. IAS Preveen Kumar Justice Rakesh Kumar meedha abhiyogalu apadhinchaadu. Adhi kooda Justice Rakesh Kumar vere case edho annadu ani paper clippings add chesadu. Aa paper clippings lo ekkada Rakesh Kumar annadu ani ledhu. But their peition lo undhi. On the top of that, they asked him to step down and not take the case. How the hell anyone can dictate an high court judge like that other than president of India. You need to look at the whole context.  America lanti countries lo judges inka stern ga untaaru. And they don't mind reading the criminal history of the criminal they are dealing with to establish the context before proceeding. Its good sign now judges like Rakesh Kumar is trying to man up.

I agree what he is doing to Pulkas is right and thats the way they should be treated.

But thats doesnt make him a Saint. He was a criminal and he is a criminal and will be a criminal forever.

What I want to see is the State should be splitted again on the lines of Comms and reds castes once more and want them to be recorded in the History was the worst people on the Globe.
