It was the IAS officer accused the Judge and he tried misleading the HC by providing the false info. Rakesh Kumar replied only after that to save the judiacry from these attacks. I don't see anything wrong in that.

Had these psycho batch followed the constitutional rules properly and restrained from attacking the judiciary like they did with other institutions, Rakesh Kumar would have not mentioned about the Khaidi 6093 and etc. Other institutions have courts to go for protections. Courts don't have, so obviously he has to defend. Honest officers have to save themselves from the politicans who have been accused of number of cases. I only see his pain in the draft.

Yes, Justice Rakesh Kumar and Nimmagadda are honest officers. That doesn't mean they are Shivaji or Alluri. Rakesh Kumar is out spoken person. That's what needed. About the trasnfers - that's my point too - They have been transfered because they are being too honest and stern. Ashok Khema has been trasferred number of times.

Rakesh chesindhi proper or improper anedhi ind laws lo ekkada ledhu. I told you number of times. He is outspoken person. Judiciary meedha intha ghoram ga eppudu attack jarageledhu. He is retirning, he has to defend from accusation hurled at him/HC by the politcal leaders or Govt.

Why would he talk about Jayalalitha and Lallu? They never attacked the judiciary like Jalaga has been doing.

There is no formal training which dictactes what to do and what not to do. Indian needs judges like Rakesh Kumar for betterment, not docile and corrupt. Like TN Shesan in election commission. Indian needs TN Sheshan moment in judicary. I wish justice Rakesh Kumar is SC judge.

Sha ni influence chese antha ledhu. But it's Modi/Sha interest too. Bobde is fine to Modi Govt. NV Ramana goes by rule book. Modi Govt didn't like his judgements. Especially Sha was angry about the NV Ramana's judgment in Kashmir related issue. After removing article 365, govt disconnected some services. Someone filed PIL and it came to Ranama's bench. Jalaga rasina letter lo matter ledhu. But future lo if the court cases goes against them, there is possiblity of re-opening the this letter and they can ask through President for judicial enquiry on Ramana. Ee enquiry nadusthunna time lo, he has to step down. The enquiry can go for an year or two. But it would damage his reputation and he will be the first person to step down as CJI and has to go through the enquiry.
