So people buy houses there, after 5years, flip the house, and move a little out and buy another house. Naa previous job lo oka Punjabi lady undhi. her husband used to do the same. They buy houses which are not suitable for quality living. They renovate and make it good and they live for a few years and sell. She mentioned that they make 60 to 100K profit out of it.
