Why 2020 is a good year?

I see a lot of messages about how 2020 is a bad year and hoping 2021 is better. People fail to realize that what happened in 2020 is because of what happened in 2019. COVID happened in 2019, it's called covid-19 for a reason. If 2021 is good, it's because of the good that happened in 2020, i.e., making the vaccine for COVID-19. We shouldn't just focus on the result, but the journey to get there. We learned a lot in 2020, and we should be grateful for 2020 to be coming out of it alive. If anything 2020 is a great year for making us come out of the pandemic from 2019, with a new normal, with vaccines to overcome this global pandemic.
