Problem teacher training kadhu ba...dsc nundi select ainollu manchi ga train ayyo vastharu....problem mainly lies in primary schools and in teachers who will become relaxed owing to job security...pay scale revision should be based on performance...idhi jaragalantey govt should provide infra to each school...idhi jaragalantey govt should allocate funds that too Pvt lobby ni thattukovali...idhantha oka vicious circle la untadhi ...ekkado oka daggara ee circle ni break chesi pareyyali..first headmasters ki treasury work nundi relief iyyali...vallaki sagam time dheeni thotey dhobbuthadhi, so that they can concentrate on their academic responsibilities along with timely promotion scale to teachers bases on performance assessment which can act as an incentive...malla ee assessment oka thalanoppi.. assessment should be done in a rationale manner taking into the geopolitical and socioeconomic factors of the particular are in which school is present... itla shaana pedha katha undhi...but it is a good iniative to start with!

That's right kaka...whatever you said is clear observation of present situation.

DSC la creamy teachers antha Govt Schools ki velthe, left overs private schools ki velatrau. Govt schoolds lo problem is with infra and maintenance. Infra vunna, afi maintain cheyadam kastam aitundi..

funds vundavu, vunna sairga utilise avatledu...

Best example: Maa village la vunna Govt school, is equipped with best standards...computers, green boards, desks and chairs, drinking water and sanitation and solar power...in one year, almost 10 lakhs spend chesi infra and facilities improve chesinam school lo...but 3 years down the road, the problem is with the maintenance..we are now thingking how to make these things proftiable.

Edo oka ralanga sarkar infra ni profitable cheyalsi..lekapothey ie investment anth awaste avutundi..future of bharat is at stake..

Government schools ni develop chesthey Narayana ki immediate ga nastam emi ledhu .

Main reason people don't send to government schools nowadays is poor quality of students  . Maa tractor driver kids ni private school ki pampinchdaniki main reason is kids in government schools come from dysfunctional families who don't care about kids education .

 They develop all kinds of habits by 12-13 years if you stay with such company . You can't teach them good habits , can't discipline them or kick them out 

Some government municipal schools have very high demand because they filter out admissions based on marks .
