tellapur has many projects in line but most of them are at halt. e.g., Aliens etc. Pricewise -90L is more than for 1850 but they are over pricing it ~10-15 Lakhs

Thellapur was once a small village...one of my engineering mates is from that village and I visited his house a few times...surprisingly it’s the opposite now...

next boom area from what I hear , but real estate is hyped in hyd as always and this hype will not end well whenever it ends , or I may be wrong and maybe it will go on forever
