This Chinese spy went public about how Chinese Government sent students to Australia to infiltrate the Australian parliament by using Australia's democracy to their advantage. Apparently he was recruited to an investment company in Hong Kong, the company is a cover for Chinese spy agencies that send students to various countries and infiltrate their Governments. After he went public, he is in danger, his life and his family's lives.

In the video, he says they send some students like this to International countries to influence other students and imbibe in them patriotism towards China and respect towards CCP. They also send information about pro-democracy students back to China, and CCP makes their private information public in such a way that these pro-democracy protestors cannot talk anymore.

Yes, CCP funds students to go there as spies, they send information about other Chinese students who oppose the Government openly. And then CCP warns their parents and blackmail them with private data to shut them up.
