I don't think they were exporting Y out of fremont to china.  

Nevertheless , it was listed in website at higher prices, now listed prices in china are much less than fremont made ones 

Yr end kallaa they hope to make 220k model Y in china , yearly capacity is 260-270k anta , so ramp up to that pace will take time.

Tesla never exported/imported Model Y yet. Even in Europe, they won't sell MOdel Y until Berlin production comes online.
