r2d2 Posted January 2, 2021 Report Posted January 2, 2021 సచిన్ తెందూల్కర్ తనయుడు, అర్జున్ తెందూల్కర్ తొలిసారి ముంబయి సీనియర్ జట్టుకు ఎంపికయ్యాడు. 22 మంది సభ్యులున్న సయ్యద్ ముస్తాక్ అలీ ట్రోఫీ జట్టులో చోటు దక్కించుకున్నాడు. ముంబయి చీఫ్ సెలక్టర్ సలిల్ అంకోలా ఈ విషయాన్ని శనివారం ధ్రువీకరించారు. అర్జున్తో పాటు కృతిక్ హనగవడి ఎంపికయ్యాడు. సయ్యద్ ముస్తాక్ అలీ జట్టుకు ముందుగా 20 మందితో జట్లను ఎంపిక చేయాలని బీసీసీఐ రాష్ట్ర సంఘాలకు తెలిపింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఆ సంఖ్యను 22కు పెంచుతూ నిర్ణయింది. ఫలితంగా అర్జున్, కృతిక్ను ముంబయి ఎంపిక చేసుకుంది. ఇదే విషయాన్ని ముంబయి క్రికెట్ సంఘం మీడియాకు తెలిపింది. 21ఏళ్ల అర్జున్ ముంబయి సీనియర్ జట్టుకు ఎంపికవ్వడం ఇదే తొలిసారి కావడం గమనార్హం. గతంలో అతడు వివిధ వయసు విభాగాల్లో ముంబయికి ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహించాడు.
