car value never becomes zero.. junkyard price vastundi.. same with apartment.. neeku ichina sqyd value laga anuko.. ippudu kadutunna high rises ki.. nee share entha vastundo choosuko bro.. 3-4crs ni split cheyamanu.. land ki pedutunna value matramey appreciate avutundi.. migatavanni depreciate avutayi..
