Recipe: Add oil and once heated add minced garlic (make sure it's not burnt), add turmeric powder. add chopped carrots, beans and cabbage. saute egg separate and add to this after the veggies are cooked( water should be out of veggies and evaporated). Then add cooked rice. add soy sauce. Add a bit of red chilli powder and dhaniya powder. Add enough salt and mix. Add chopped onions and finely minced green chillies (if you like it spicy).
