stonks_pro
Jpow is already taking care of this...to avoid the crash, Fed is buying lot of mortgage backed securities and corporate bonds each month. Also the low interest rate will attract lot of buyers. With dollar losing value and with current money flow to stocks, Gold and even bitcoin reaching all time highs ...the housing market will get balanced. Bay area ayithe safe compared to rest of the US and if it dips(0.001% chance)...that would create the best wealth making opportunity since 2008
