@csrcsri asked my attorney to upgrade my i140 application to premium processing and she is saying that since original ETA9089 is not submitted along  with downgrade I140 application  ,my premium request may or may not be accepted by USCIS.Should I still go ahead and ask attorney to do premium?

@csrcsr How long it took for you for I-140 premium processing approval? Mine got current in June bulletin.My attorney going to file premium today. I downgraded in Oct to EB3.Got biometrics appointment on June 4th. My attorney suggests wait for medicals RFE from USCIS, if dates retrogress need to submit medicals again.PD is July 11 2011
