dates move aithe saripodhu kada they need to process. Just reminder, the spill over can only happen FY22 and partial FY23 but after that you are back to regular quota. Current GC processing time is up to 4 years, appudu varuku dates current undav. So temporary FAD date movement is very least concerned.

ya who every has everything ready will be lucky and get GC irrespective of PD.Between why do you think there will be spillover for FY23.

My hope is until Dec 2021 the FB ban won't be lifted, so we may get the 3 month Spill over or we may get more than 3 months spill over. Just a guess. Maybe wrong.

I think FB ban is already lifted. But majority consulates not operating at full capacity. So that is indirectly equal to FB ban.

Na PD July 2015 from old employer. 2 yrs back new company ki moved, ee company di PERM inka processing lo ne undi 2 months back applied, ee coming october lo PD 2015 current authundi antunaru. Nenu most likely miss auth cos current emp di inka processing lo ne undi so date of filing miss authanu. do you think any chances for FAD 2015?

@changure1  accept aite approval vastadi... deny aite 2 weeks lo return vastadi...

if u paid check, check deduct aite u will know it is accepted may be..

but naaku employer apply chesad kabatti no insights on it

You cannot do much bro as Perm is in process you have to wait may be you will get by December if you are lucky and mostly filing dates open vunchitge yiu are lucky

Else current avuthe your old employer should help you

@csrcsr old employer gadki call chesa vadu already withdrew anta. Na comp lo join avu I will file again annadu, lite teskunna. Only option is to wait for PERM.
