Not much you can do bro, but if waht yoouu are saying is correct it was applied 2 months back , you should see approval by october end , i am seeing in my office friends got in 6 months 6 months 10 days ala

If you dont have option with old employer juts relax njoy your new job bro let it happen what ever happens

Only option is filing dates have to current and uscics has to accept

Also not sure this time they will leave it for 3 months , as people are mmore prepared there will be flood of applications in octoiber 1st week it self , not like last time where we dont know what to do until last week of octiber

Nadi same case and same PD date Eb2- July 2015. Old Employer didn’t revoke i140. But I am currently working  for a good full time company with good pay and benefits. But perm process just started now.  So in case in October if my date becomes current and old employers downgrades and applied my I-140 on basis of future employment. Do I need to join him. ( if so can I after getting my EAD) Is there anyway I can be with my full time job or take a 6 month break and return back to it.

end goal trying to get GC Ead and if possible retain the full time job please advise.

Assume you surpassed hurdles I think you are ok but potential 485 interview kuda padochu

See your question is logically valid bro but two departments are working there is no log there your number allocation is not happening so CO will not have that data he needs more inventory, he pushes the dates adiki teliyadu janalu will apply win win for uscis money vastunayi, we need Eads ap as temporary relief

if dates become current for filing in October can I want until I get the EAD in hand before joining the old employer ?

My H1b with him expired so I was thinking once I get the EAD I caN join him using the EAD card and work for 6 months and move back to my Fulltime postion.
