I just checked and they said FP were reused for my I765. I then asked how can i be assured that FP are applied ante, you will receive mail notification that bm are reused. I then said i did not received any mail so far. She said you may or may not receive

Emma is not trustworthy, they are giving random answers depending on which agent you get.
