It is just like downgrading in PP. For me in my first try it got accepted and approved but for others applications accepted after many tries. In worst case we will be losing few hundred dollars but if it we are lucky and it works then there is a better chance of getting GC soon. In this time even saving a month is huge because now we have only 15 months (till Sep 2022) to get greened. We can just try our options whatever is on our hand. If we miss this opportunity and if just 3000 people are ahead of you in the line then it will take around 4 years. 1 Quote

Can i do it directly by paying to Laywer firm as employer is not willing to PP the 140? 2) Medicals, should i have to obtain medical reports and the Interfile or shall wait till RFE? Quote
