sounds fake, doesn't this rfe apply to everyone if it's being issued? No way USCIS could have such info that prompts RFE.

H4 interview is fine, and I don't think they'll ask to prove there. All you need to do is tell them the truth. Similarly it's a valid question of asked in GC interview but RFE's are more of a standard where you need documentation to prove. How can you prove something like this? Just my doubt anthe, anything is possible with US immigration system.
