Bill Pass aina avvakapoyina pedda difference ledu anipistundi. If bill passes 122k SO for 2021 can be completely utilized and no SO for 2022. If bill does not pass 122k(2021)+150k(2022)-150k(wastage 75k+75k)=122k. Assuming uscis will continue the same pace next year too.

Yes, you can.

since USCIS asks us to include RFE letters with the medicals, you can either ask someone who has access to your mailbox to mail it to you or send your medicals to your attorney (attorney also should have received one copy of your RFE). ATB.

Maa attorney portal la upload chesthadu rfe/approvals. atlanti option unte you can download and include that with your medicals.
