60 days before applying for 485. I485 application packet pampinchey time ki wihtin 60 days vundaali. Nuvvu appudu pampakunda, RFE kosam wait chestuntey.. whenever you fulfill that request, the signature needs to be within 60 days. doctors typically schedule a signature only appointment and resign and reseal for you.. no need of retaking labs and stuff upto 2yrs (currently 4yrs) but it is at the doctor's discretion..

LIN SRC not even approving 100 cases per day. Unless we start seeing huge change in chinki bro daily numbers stats, this fiscal year is already assamed.

From third quarter data it is evident that EB based GC approvals are 25% of total 485 based GC approvals. So MSC approve sesthunna daily 2k approvals lo EB cases are hardly 500 per day. 

Chinki bro daily approvals number 8k reach avuthe your MSC calculation will become true. It it still 2k per day. 

Looks like they are even struggling to meet regular eb visa numbers of 140k. Year to date 102k anta. So need 38k more in next 40 days just to meet regular quota numbers.

In third quarter they received 41k new EB applications , while they were able to process( approve+deny) only 31k applications.  They are not even able to keep up the pace with new applocations. 

People were expecting there will hardly be any new applications after October november 2020 because of travel ban, ROW being current etc etc.  so uscis only has to worry about clearing backlog in next 3 quarters.  While truth is 41k new applications in third quarter while they processed 31k only in third quarter. Forget about clearing backlog. It grew by 10k more by end of third quatter.

They will meet 140k. 4th quarter 45 days lo 28k processed. Ideally they don’t have to approve i485. They can just issue medical rfe and collect it and assign a visa number which doesn’t show up in these stats probably. Anywhere between 160-180 is possible anipistundi. Anything more is a miracle. Anything less is a scam to collect fees.
