here is my scenario. employer1 file perm and 140 and my PD 2013

Moved to employer2 and he filed perm & 140 EB2 and approved. Now planning to apply EB3. 

 

Original perm ante employer 1 daa leka employer 2 naa ?

The certified perm is used by eb2 in employer b bro, so they will put eb2 140 , copy of perm manam downgrade apply cheisnapdu a mail room/ clerks etc have to search the eb2 file get the perm and map it to new eb3 anadaram ala xhesina vaale
