This process most of the attorneys don't suggest as they have great chance of missing them attached to the file, its just a letter and yiu keep sealed copies and send them

@hotlantain .. just a curious question.. why did you file 140 and 485 concurrently knowing that it will go to Nebraska or Texas and they are very slow.. wouldn't it be better if you first file your 140 and wait for it be approved and then file your 485 with medicals? i am not sure what your constraints are but i am planning to do that in about 5 months when my perm and 140 get approved(my PD Oct 2012).. am i missing something?

naku ade plan unde (pd Dec 2013) get eb3 approved and then file 485. but timing/luck factor is important.

What I m thinking is

1) Mings amendment (pass or not pass) - it is in chary's radar.

2) my lawyer said apply 140. get receipt and they can file PP only after 60 days anta. aaa 60 days taravatha reject cheste malli 1 month waiting. Trakitt lo 4-5 times kuda reject avutunnayi anta 

3) afghan crisis.

Receipt ragaaney premium ki nuvvey upgrade chesuko.. mostly reject avuddi.. and you can reapply after 30days but neeku atleast inko 30 days kalisostaayi.. vaallu 60 days taravataa chestey accept avvochu leda malli 30days taravata reapply (high probability) cheyamani raavachu.. so overall 60 days waste..

just 21901 to 21902 series lo 22k applications pending. They are approving max 50 cases every day in whole 2190 series. 400 working days required just for 21901 series ( assuming there are visa numbers ) . 5k cases not even fingerprints taken.
