When you have approved 140 99% of time goes to msc 

If it's concurrent where you don't have approved 140 filing along with 485 , region based moda lin or src ki transfer avutayi so mostly downgrades ani assumption

There are few non downgrades which went to lin or src those are successor of interest (sii) like company mergers aquistion etc etc cases kuda veltayi but small percentage
